At RK Pharma, customer trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. We take great care to ensure that all our health, beauty, and hair care products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

However, due to the nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product has been opened or used. Please carefully check your order before opening the package.

If you receive a different or incorrect product, you may request an exchange before opening the product packaging. Opened items will not be eligible for exchange or return.

In case you experience any skin irritation, allergy, or other issue after using a product, please contact our special consultant for expert guidance and advice before further use.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order only if:

• You received the wrong or damaged product.

• The product is unopened and in its original condition with all seals and packaging intact.
